Robert is a conflicted man, wanting to be the responsible adult that people expect him to be. However, despite his age, he is still highly fascinated with the world around him, driving him to distraction at times. He still feels there’s a lot to learn about people and the world in general, and is constantly looking for new things to learn. His main passion is technology, and has been fascinated with all its forms from an early age. Still, though, he knows when to be serious, and how to take charge of situations.

Elizabeth is a gentle woman who views the world as her responsibility. She loves to help people, and see them happy. She sees no point in letting things get to you, and doesn’t understand depression at all. She grew up in a loving home, following her father around as she had no brothers. She learned of her passion for healing as she made rounds with her doctor father, although his patients were a bit wary about having a female around. Because of this, no man seemed to want to court her until she met Robert at the age of twenty-two. By twenty-three, she was married to him. He revealed what he was on their wedding night, and refused to turn her as well until a year after the birth of their only child. She has enjoyed watching the world evolve, and was delighted when she could practice medicine as a woman and not be criticized for it.

Adrian North

Adrian is a laid back sort of boy who mostly just goes with the flow. He’s never felt the compulsion to rile anyone up, and allows people to think he always shares their opinion. He doesn’t really like to see people angry about anything, and thinks it isn’t really worth it to get worked up about anything small. He does have strong opinions on a lot of things, and voices them mostly just to his family. Family is really important to him, as it was the main reason he allowed himself to be turned on his eighteenth birthday.

Amelia North

Amelia is a sweet girl who is a bit too friendly and too happy all the time. She grates on people’s nerves at times when her optimistic view on life, not seeing the point of letting anything get her down. She can get overexcited about the smallest things, causing people to get even more annoyed at her. For the most part, though, she is rather subdued, watching the world quietly in hopes of not giving herself away. Her entire family was killed when she was just three year was taken in by the only remaining family in her coven. As such, she views them as her real family.

Jane Cartwright

Jane is a very timid and unassuming girl who has learned to stay invisible. She takes pride in her work, and her ability to help others I need because of it. She is rather strong-willed, believing she can accomplish anything. She is very patient, bidding her time until she acts so that the outcome to correctly obtained. She is generally happy and friendly, although she’ll fight when the time calls for it. She has been known to hold grudges for extended lengths of time.

John Cartwright

John is a traditional man, although a bit wary from his traveling. He feels he’s seen it all, and has found that the world is not a place he used to believe it was. He has quickly learned to accept that things happen for a reason, even if they are horrible and dangerous reasons. He tries his hardest to be understanding, but his upbringing makes it difficult. It’s hard to go from one extreme to another, but he is one that is quick to adapt to new situations. He is a clever man, able to talk himself out of any situation, and come out fairly unscathed. He believes that he is always right, and will always find a way to convince you that is the truth.
